Our process begins with a conversation with our team to learn about the history of your old jewellery and understand your vision. We can either melt down the existing jewellery to rework it or use it as credit towards a new piece. If your old gemstones are chipped or have lost their shape, we can arrange for them to be re-cut. After that, we will provide you with a hand-drawn design. Once approved, the turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs.
