Why is there a shipping charge for international orders? 

As each piece of JTaranaki Jewellery is made to order the production time can take up to 14 days. We want you to receive your offer as quickly as possible so we will express post so you can wear and enjoy your jewellery ASAP! 

Production

Each piece of JTaranaki Jewellery is hand to order. Once we receive your order, the production time is 7-14 business days. 

Custom Jewellery Production 

Each customer is unique and so is each custom piece of jewellery we make. The initial consultation and design process will take between 2-3 days. Once we have conceptualised and decided on the final design, production will take 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. This is because each custom made piece is 100% hand made.
